From South Cambs Labour – One month until the election

It’s one month until the General Election. Our candidate Dan and the team have been busy over the weekend getting the campaign off the ground and his diary is filling up as he makes plans to get out and about to get the message across that Labour are the real alternative to the Tories for the South Cambs seat.

Today (May 9) he will be meeting members of Cambridge Stand Up to Racism to sign a pledge to keep racism out of the election campaign before joining Cambridgeshire teachers at a public rally at the NCI Sports and Social Club in Cambridge organised by the NUT to campaign for fair funding for the county’s schools.

And if you’d like to see him debating the important issues for our area with the other candidates then he will be taking part in a Question Time style event in Bassingbourn on Friday and there are four hustings lined up around the constituency.
